Running Saved My Life

An honest account of my life up until 2019 which I am reading out to share in the hope it helps at least one person. Touching on an eating disorder and depression, the video may not be for everyone and that's fine. I started this channel to simply upload videos of runs for people to run along with on a treadmill. After an injury during lockdown, I found other peoples videos were a lifeline when I was recovering on the treadmill during lockdown. Sharing with others was always my intention to help others, not to become YouTube famous, not to get thousands of subs. I love the handful I have, Thank you x
