Sally - Teaching Your Puppy to Walk Nicely Without Pulling (Loose Leash Walking)

In this session, puppy Sally learns to walk calmly by your side without pulling on the leash. We start somewhere calm, like inside the house, and reward her often for staying right next to your leg, keeping the leash relaxed in a loose "J" shape so she's choosing to stay close rather than being held there. If she pulls ahead, we simply stop and turn the other way instead of yanking or jerking the leash, which only scares or hurts a puppy.
