Vacation Vlog at 48 | Beach, Family & Training

Come along with me for a week in California! 🌴 In this vlog I’m spending time with family at the beach while doing my best to stay consistent with my workouts. Vacation is about enjoying the moment, but I also wanted to show how I balance fitness with making memories.
