Looking for a short yoga practice to challenge your balance, build strength and improve stability? Come join me for this 10-minute intermediate standing yoga flow! This class takes your standing practice up a notch, with movements that challenge your balance, control and focus as you work toward Warrior III. It's a great option if you're comfortable with the basics of yoga and want to explore a little more challenge in your practice. You don't need perfect balance, and wobbling is part of the process! Take your time with the transitions, make adjustments when you need to, and use support if it helps you feel steady. The goal is to challenge yourself while still moving in a way that feels right for your body. Whether you're looking to build on your existing yoga practice or fit a short, focused flow into your day, come join me on the mat. Listen to your own body and make sure you can breathe fully throughout the practice. *TOPICS COVERED:* 10-minute intermediate yoga flow Standing yoga for balance and stability Strength and body control Balance, coordination and focus A short yoga practice for experienced beginners and intermediate yogis Thanks for joining me for Coastal Yoga!
