Crispy golden potatoes, juicy chicken and 4 eggs poured right over the top, finished with spinach and melted mozzarella. One basket, almost no oil, dinner in 30 minutes! 🛒 Ingredients (1 basket): • 2 potatoes (about 10 oz / 300 g) • 1 chicken breast (about 9 oz / 250 g) • 4 eggs • 1 small onion • A handful of fresh spinach • Mozzarella, about 2 oz / 50 g, grated • Salt, smoked paprika, garlic, black pepper • 1–2 tbsp olive oil + a little oil spray 🔥 Air fry at 356°F / 180°C: potatoes 10 min → add onion and chicken, 10 min → pour the eggs, add spinach and cheese, 10 more min. 💬 Would you try this?
