Manchester Half Marathon 2025 - Huge PB and Top 200 Placing!

Full week of training/tapering into the Manchester half marathon 2025. Was lucky enough to race this with Puma and Sportsshoes.com - I knew this would be a struggle on my fatigued marathon legs but can I run a sub 72 minute half marathon?
