🧘♀️ Tight hips? Let's give them 15 minutes of space.
This gentle hip opening yoga flow moves slowly through deep stretches to release tension through the hips, glutes and hamstrings. Perfect after a long day at your desk, after a workout, or whenever your lower body feels stiff and stuck.
No equipment needed — just your mat. Take a cushion or a folded blanket if you want extra support under the hips.
✨ In this practice you'll work on:
Hip mobility
Flexibility through the hips
Releasing tension and tightness
Gentle deep stretches
Mindful movement and breathing
You don't need to be naturally flexible to practice — simply move at your own pace and never force a stretch.
✅ Duration: 15 Minutes
✅ Focus: Hip Opening, Hip Mobility & Deep Hip Stretch
✅ Style: Gentle Yoga Flow with Deep Stretches
✅ Equipment: No Equipment — Mat Only (cushion optional)
✅ Impact: Low Impact, Joint-Friendly, No Jumping
✅ Space: Small Space Friendly, At Home
✅ Level: Beginner Friendly, All Levels
✅ Goal: Release Tight Hips, Glutes & Hamstrings
⏳ We're working with a timer — 40 seconds for each stretch.
💡 FORM TIPS
Let your breath lead the movement. Exhale as you sink deeper, and stop before you feel pain — you're looking for a stretch, not strain. Hips release when you relax, not when you force them.
📅 HOW OFTEN?
Hips respond beautifully to frequency. Aim for 2–3 times per week, or daily if it feels good in your body. Consistency is what opens the hips.
This practice is perfect for you if you are looking for a 15 min hip opening yoga, a yoga for tight hips, deep hip opening stretches, a hip mobility routine or a gentle full body hip stretch at home with no equipment.
