IELTS Writing Task 2 Band 9 Essay: Advantages and Disadvantages

A teacher plans and writes a Band 9 IELTS Writing Task 2 essay for an "advantages and disadvantages" question, one paragraph at a time. The question: in some cities, older people who live alone rent a spare room to a young person at a low price, and the young person helps around the house and keeps them company. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
