Here is wonderful news for the people of the Malnad and coastal regions! The much-awaited Hasirumakki bridge across the Sharavathi backwaters is nearing completion, and local MLA Gopalkrishna Beluru has indicated that the inauguration is planned around Deepavali. For years, commuters traveling between Sagar and Kundapura had to rely on cumbersome detours or ferry services across the backwaters. Once opened, this crucial bridge will drastically reduce the travel distance between Sagar and Kundapura to just 100 kilometers, serving as a perfect festive gift and transforming regional connectivity between Shivamogga and the coastal belt. 60 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಿ, 9 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಯ್ತು ಹಸಿರುಮಕ್ಕಿ ಸೇತುವೆ | Relief from 60 Years of Hardship: Hasirumakki Bridge Ready for Dedication After 9 Years!
